FAWE Zimbabwe Chapter was founded in February 1998 and has a total of 329 active members
TUSEME The Chapter has undertaken a training of trainers for teachers in 10 schools in the TUSEME Youth Empowerment Model and has established in 10 schools reaching 5,000 students.
GIRLS' CLUBS The Chapter has established SAFE clubs in schools aimed providing safer school for girls. The clubs are also used to equip girls with knowledge on skills on adolescent sexual reproductive health.
MAINSTREAMING GENDER IN TERTIARY EDUCATION
In collaboration with Midlands State University, the Chapter
has been engaged in mainstreaming gender in teacher education.
